Thank you for choosing Upper East Side for your vacation. We wish you the most enjoyable and memorable stay.

1. This is a non smoking home. Smoking is permitted outside

2. We will not to rent to share houses.

3. Damage Waiver insurance. A damage waiver of 89.00 is required. It is included in your rental amount and security deposit
is returned within 24 hours.

4. Payment must be made prior to arriving. Credit Card payments can be processed or Paypal payments are accepted.

5. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment or rental money and will not be permitted to check in. We offer full refunds of cancelled 7 nights prior to check in.

6. Rentals can not be cancelled due to weather.

7. If you cancel within 2 days of check in, you will receive 50 percent of your

payment returned, we do our best to accommodate last minute changes.

8. Bicycles, Beach chairs, Umbrella, and beach volleyball are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained as a result from the use of these items.

9. Owner assumes no liability for property damage, nor liability for accidents or injury on premises.

10. owners will not be held liable for events beyond control of the owner.

11. If the house becomes unusable (natural disaster or other) we will alert you

and you will be refunded immediately.

12. Any renter who misrepresents his/her identity will be asked to leave premises immediately.
